Counseling appointments are typically 50 minutes in length for individual, couple or family sessions.
Payment is expected at the time of service.
Insurance is billed by my office each week and often insurance pays a portion of the counseling costs.
Before coming to your first meeting, you might call your insurance company or employee assistance program to see if/how they might assist in paying the costs of therapy. For many, counseling is more affordable than they think.
Payment can be made by cash, check, Venmo, Visa, MC or American Express.
